CCP Games, the Icelandic game developer best known for producing EVE Online, announced back in 2011 a partnership with the Korean giant Nexon. The purpose of this collaboration was to promote EVE Online on the Japanese market, as well as the payment system for the region. March 31st marks the deadline of the collaboration contract between these two developers, and there is no intention to renew it. This means that once the last day of contract ends, CCP Games will be directly responsible for promoting and delivering support to the Japanese players.
The decision to terminate the collaboration with Nexon could impact the communication between the Japanese players and developers.
